Sonic Time

My name is Tammy and I am a Sonic drink addict. And now I have addicted my grandkids. When I take the kids anywhere, they now ask to stop and get a fresh fruit slush. Who am I to say no when I am only happy to get myself a route 44 diet Coke. We rarely order food, and we usually stop during happy hour, but I do buy the sonic ice to take home. Jingi's visit

Jingi is a family friend who lives in Japan with his beautiful wife Ukari. Jingi came to live with Kyles family 26 years ago. He was going to ASU to learn english. He spent several years with our family and he and his wife have visited many times over the years. He is 70 years old and still runs in marathons all over the world, and finishes in the top two. Last night he took us to dinner at The Keg steakhouse. Oh my gosh it was so very good!

Grandkids

The grandkids found a ladybug on our plants out back and had so much fun watching and holding it. It is on Lily's elbow. I usually don't take very good pictures but I lucked out on this one, I love it.
The grandkids slept over last weekend and we had alot of fun the next morning playing outback. I love summer when everything gets green and its fun to be outside.
What a cutie! Kloe is now 6 months old and is scooting her chubby little self all over the place.

Chelsea didn't want to pin his boutineer on him so I asked her to at least fake it for the picture.
Chelsea looked so pretty, it was fun to watch Justin pick her up and take pictures. Thanks to her parents for letting me come to their house before Justin got there. They look so nice all dressed up.

They went to dinner at On the Border, and then to the dance. The dance was held at the Waterfront in Tempe. Kyle and I used to go dancing there when we were dating. Justin had a lot of fun and I'm glad it was a great evening for them.

I am so late in posting our Christmas pictures. We had a great Christmas. The Friday before Christmas we took family pictures, we had our family dinner and Ryan's family opened all their presents. We had a great time, the whole family had not been together since March. Christmas family picture, it is so awesome how our family just keeps growing.
Kyle came home for Christmas and spend some fun times with the grandkids. I wish I would have taken more photos.
I heard Aiden calling me, saying "Grandma look there are presents under the tree!" They are the best presents.

Happy 25th Wedding Anniversary

We did it! We were married December 4th 1982 in the Arizona temple. What a life we have had together. Kids, grandkids, church, work, moving, building homes, and all the memories that go with that many years together. We had a good start, we came from very good parents, who taught us so much through example and love. We have raised three wonderful children. Today we celebrate apart, Kyle on Kauai and I in Az, but we will celebrate when you come home for Christmas.

I love you and miss you so very much Kyle. Thanks for all the amazing years, and here's to another 25. 1985 in Mesa AZ

Brother and Sisters

This was one of the few calm moments of waiting at the hospital for baby sister Kloe for almost 8 hours.

Kloe Rylen Kleinman

Our brand new granddaughter
Kloe Rylen Kleinman was born today at 4:30pm She weighs 8 lbs. and 20 in. long. Her dad says she is perfect and as you can see she's also beautiful.

Me and Kloe, it is so emotional when your children have children. I just could not quite crying, so relieved that she was here and healthy. And the fact that Kyle is on Kauai and missed it all.

Krystal and Garrett's Wedding

Our daughter Krystal married Garrett Riffey on August 11 in the Arizona Temple. What an amazing day. She looked absolutely beautiful. I didn't want the day to end. So many emotions when your kids get married. We are so very proud of them.





Krystal works at Rolf's hair salon and Garrett does landscaping and is going to school. They live close by so we see them often.

Halloween

These are our grandkids, Aiden just turned 4 ,and Lily is 20 months.

Well I'm finally starting a blog. It will probably take a while to learn all this, you know what they say about teaching old dogs new tricks! Here's a little bit about our family. Kyle and I will be married 25 years this Dec. We have three children, two are married, and the youngest is a junior in high school. We have two grandkids, with the third due any day now. We live in AZ and on Kauai. Kyle is currently working there again. So I go back and forth as much as I can. We lead a very crazy life, but we are very happy in our craziness!
